Washer/Dryer: Shared washer and dryer located in the garage. Guest use is available from 3 PM-8 PM daily. Housekeeper uses it during morning hours. Garage: Access is through a deadbolted door from the apartment. Garage door remains closed except for emergencies. Trusted vendors may access the garage for maintenance. Other things to note: AC thermostat follows a set schedule controlled by the host. The host is happy to discuss adjustments before booking but requires the thermostat remain on a schedule. Maximum 2 guests unless approved by host. Occasional visitors are allowed (maximum 4 guests unless approved). No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. Additional cleaning fees may apply if smoking occurs. Quiet hours are 9 PM-8 AM daily. No generator is available. In the event of a storm/power outage, electricity will not be available until restored by the city. Apt 2 is a small guest suite attached to Apt 1 and is a short-term rental. Guests agree to quiet hours, no smoking, maximum 2 guests, and no pets. Property layout is shown in listing photos. Exterior Ring camera is located at the front of the property.
